User Agreement

This user agreement (hereinafter — “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the user of the Telegram bot (hereinafter — “User”) and the Administration of the secure Deals service (hereinafter — “Service”). By using the Service, the User confirms their acceptance of all terms of this Agreement and undertakes to comply with them.

1. Terms and Definitions

1.1. Service – the Telegram bot and DoDeals app: t.me/DoDealsBot, providing secure Deals through Smart Contracts on the TON blockchain with payment in TON or USDT.

1.2. Deal – the process of buying and selling goods or services, arranged via the Service with funds locked in a Smart Contract until conditions are met.

1.3. Smart Contract – program code on the TON blockchain that automatically locks and unlocks funds according to predefined conditions.

1.4. Administration – authorized persons responsible for the development, maintenance, and growth of the Service.

1.5. User – any person using the Service.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Administration grants the User access to the Service functionality for organizing and conducting Deals.

2.2. The User undertakes to comply with the terms of this Agreement, not to violate applicable law, and not to use the Service for illegal activities.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. Obligations of the Administration:

  • Ensure the operability of the bot, the app, and timely support of Smart Contracts.
  • Guarantee the security of technical data storage and correspondence.
  • Respond to reasonable User requests on technical matters and disputes.

3.2. Obligations of the User:

  • Use the Service solely for lawful Deals.
  • Adhere to the rules for conducting Deals and the payment / delivery deadlines.
  • In case of disputes, provide required evidence promptly, no later than 7 calendar days from the start of arbitration, in the Deal chat or via technical support form.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. The Service provides the platform and Smart Contracts but doesn’t act as a party to Deals, doesn’t sell goods, and doesn’t render services.

4.2. The Administration shall not be liable for:

  • The legality of the subject matter of the Deal.
  • The reliability and good faith of the counterparty.
  • The quality and conformity of the goods / services to the terms set by the parties.
  • Profits, losses, or lost opportunities arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

4.3. The Administration’s liability is limited to the fee paid by the User when conducting the Deal. The commission percentage is indicated on Deal-creation page.

4.4. The Service’s commission, charged after payment within a Deal, is non refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the Deal’s outcome or reason for termination.

5. Prohibited Deals and Content

5.1. The User is strictly prohibited from using the Service for Deals related to:

  • Narcotic or psychotropic substances.
  • Weapons, explosives, and radioactive materials.
  • Pornography, violence, or terrorism.
  • Stolen accounts / digital assets or counterfeit goods.
  • Services violating laws (hacking attacks, money laundering, sale of personal data, document forgery, etc.).
  • Electronic wallets, payment services, bank cards, or payment processing.
  • Spam or any services that breach Telegram’s user agreement.

5.2. If such a Deal is detected, the Administration may:

  • Immediately suspend or cancel the Deal.
  • Block funds and report information to law enforcement.
  • Restrict the User’s access to the Service without notice.

6. Dispute and Arbitration Procedure

6.1. In case of a conflict, the User may initiate arbitration by pressing the “Arbitration” button in the Deal chat.

6.2. The arbitrator makes a decision based on evidence submitted by both parties to the Deal: screenshots, documents, etc.

6.3. The arbitrator’s decision is binding on the Smart Contract and is final.

6.4. If one party fails to present their position and evidence within 7 calendar days, the arbitrator may decide based on the other party’s evidence and the chat transcript.

7. Amendments and Termination

7.1. The Administration reserves the right to amend the Agreement at any time. The User must review the current version of this Agreement before accepting Deal terms via the link at the bottom of the app’s Deal-creation page or the Deal-terms page if the User was invited to it. The new version is published at: https://garant.dodeals.net/agreement/ and continued use of the Service after publication constitutes the User’s acceptance.

7.2. The User may terminate use of the Service by deactivating the bot via its description button. Any open Deals must be canceled or completed before deactivation.

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

8.1. All disputes not resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to the court at the User’s place of registration according to their country’s laws.

8.2. The parties’ relationship is governed by the laws of the UAE, unless otherwise provided by international treaties.
