This privacy policy (hereinafter — "Policy") describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information from users who interact with our Telegram bot and application: t.me/DoDealsBot (hereinafter — "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. What data we collect

We don’t collect personal data such as full name, passport information, residential address, etc. We may process:

  • Telegram ID and username — for identification in the system.
  • Public cryptocurrency wallet address (via TON Connect) — for conducting deals through smart contracts.
  • Technical information such as the Telegram interface language — to improve the Service performance.
  • Transaction history within the Service — descriptions of deals, amounts, statuses, participants, messages, and uploaded files.

2. How we use the information

The collected data is strictly used for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring the proper operation of the Service.
  • Conducting deals between users via smart contracts.
  • Notifications about the status of deals and other actions.
  • Technical support and feedback.
  • Analyzing Service usage to improve it.

3. Data sharing with third parties

We don’t sell or share your data with third parties. Exception: compliance with legal requirements (upon official request from law enforcement authorities with valid legal grounds).

4. Data security and protection

  • All data is encrypted and stored on secure servers.
  • We use fine-grained access control, authentication, and encryption protocols where possible.
  • Access to internal information is strictly limited and controlled.

5. TON blockchain specifics

  • Transactions on the TON blockchain are public and irreversible.
  • Any user can view transaction details, including amounts, wallet addresses, and smart contracts.
  • We don’t store users' private keys and don’t have access to your funds outside the context of the smart contract.

6. Cookies and third-party services

The Service doesn’t use cookies, as it operates entirely within Telegram. We don’t implement third-party trackers or analytics scripts.

7. Data storage

  • Technical information and transaction history may be stored for over 12 months for technical support and audit purposes.
  • Files of any format added during deal creation or in the deal chat may be stored for up to 1 month after its completion.
  • A user may request the deletion of their history by Telegram ID.

8. Your rights

  • Request access to information associated with your Telegram ID.
  • Request deletion of all data except for unavoidable blockchain transaction logs (which cannot be deleted).
  • Stop using the Service at any time without providing a reason.

9. Policy updates

The Administration reserves the right to make changes to the Policy at any time. The user is required to review the current version of this Policy before accepting the terms of a deal, via the link provided at the bottom of the Service's deal creation page or the deal details page if the user was invited to it. The updated version is published on the Service's website at: https://garant.dodeals.net/privacy/ and continued use of the Service after publication signifies the user's agreement.
